1. Return Period & Conditions
You have 7 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- All original labels, price tags, and packaging must be intact and attached.
- Items must be in the exact condition you received them.
Note: Items returned in poor condition, showing signs of wear, or missing original tags will not be accepted.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please reach out to our team directly via WhatsApp with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
- Submit via WhatsApp: Contact our support line to request authorization.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo proof. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a swift resolution.
3. Shipping & Drop-off Options
- Courier Returns: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs vary based on your location and chosen courier service. Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
- In-Person Drop-off: If you are local, you may drop off your return item at our location free of charge (please confirm via WhatsApp prior to dropping off).
4. Refund Processing
- Refund Method: Once your returned item is received, inspected, and approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
- Processing Time: Please allow 2 to 3 business days from the time we receive your returned parcel for our team to inspect the item and issue your refund.
