1. Delivery Options & Standard Fees
- Nationwide Door-to-Door Courier: Standard flat rate of R150 for deliveries anywhere in South Africa.
- In-Store Collection (Click & Collect):FREE pickup available at any of our physical store locations:
- Gateway Theatre of Shopping
- Overport
- Westwood Mall
Note on Store Collections: Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed and transferred to your selected store branch. We will notify you via WhatsApp or SMS as soon as your parcel is ready for collection.
2. Processing & Delivery Timelines
- Order Processing Time: All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Standard Delivery Timeframe: Once dispatched with our courier, delivery typically takes 2 to 3 business days to arrive at your shipping address.
Total estimated time from checkout to delivery is 3 to 5 business days nationwide.
3. Courier Partner & Order Tracking
All nationwide deliveries are handled reliably by The Courier Guy.
Once your order has been packed and handed over to the courier:
- You will receive a tracking link / waybill number via WhatsApp or email.
- You can track your package in real-time as it makes its way to you.
4. Important Delivery Notes
- Delivery Address: Couriers deliver during normal business hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00). Please ensure someone is available at your chosen address to sign for the parcel.
- Incorrect Addresses: Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. La Sultana Couture is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect delivery addresses.
